I’ve been on holiday this month, so the March yoga playlist is inspired by travel, adventure, free spirits and free time.
Winter this year has been cold and grey … so very dark and grey. To keep my spirits bright and my body warm, I continue my yoga practice, but it is a little slower and more chilled, like all things in the northern hemisphere at this time.
