Following a telephone consultation, I create a customised 10 minute digital meditation recording for daily/weekly/monthly/ad hoc use, depending on emotions, situations, issues to be worked through, specific to each client. In addition, I create a customised essential oil blend (sent via post) to be used in conjunction with the meditation to facilitate a cellular shift in blockages, emotions, unhelpful mindsets, and to enhance the overall experience.
